Russia refuses troop withdrawal

Russia is refusing to withdraw troops from Ukraine despite calls to do so from the international community.

Today protesters rallied outside Hamilton’s city hall and the Russian consulate in Toronto.

Foreign affairs minister John Baird says Canada will work with its allies to de-escalate the situation.
