Royal Hamilton Light Infantry members to train at Burlington’s Waterfront Trail Saturday

Don’t be worried if you see soldiers marching and running along the Waterfront Trail in Burlington this weekend.
Canadian Army Reserve personnel from the Royal Hamilton Light Infantry will be moving with 50 soldiers on foot Saturday from the armoury to Spencer Smith Park as part of their continued training and physical fitness.
A spokesperson for the Canadian Armed Forces says its members will be carrying weapons that have no ammunition or magazines at the time of the training.
While members of the public can approach the soldiers to ask questions during the march, a meet-and-greet with military members will take place at the end in Spencer Smith Park.
The time of the training on Saturday was not immediately shared.
