Rock and Roll Hall of Fame ceremony returning to Ohio

Cleveland rocks yet again.
The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame ceremony is returning to its roots in Cleveland, Ohio after cancelling the live in-person ceremony last year due to the pandemic.
Greg Harris, president and CEO of the RRHOF, said the ceremony will happen at the Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse in Cleveland on Oct. 30.
It’s the first time the ceremony has been held in Cleveland since 2012.
Harris told news outlets that the ceremony’s move to later in the year is likely to stick.
The last in-person ceremony was held in March 2019.
There are 16 nominees this year including Mary J. Blige, Kate Bush, DEVO, Foo Fighters, The Go-Go’s, Iron Maiden, Jay-Z, Chaka Khan, Carole King, Fela Kuti, LL Cool J, New York Dolls, Rage Against the Machine, Todd Rundgren, Tina Turner and Dionne Warwick.
