Robbery suspect caught on camera

The Hamilton Police are asking the public for help in identifying a robbery suspect who was caught on camera.

On May 3, just before 6pm, a man entered Heritage Burger located at 1481 Main St. W. With his face covered.

Some say there was indication that he had a weapon.

The man demanded cash from the register and took an undisclosed amount of cash and then fled on foot.

No one was hurt.

Police are looking for a white male, in his 20’s, approximately 5’10” to 6’0″ tall with a medium build. He was wearing a dark hooded sweater and blue jeans.

The man had his face covered when he committed the robbery but cameras were able to capture a picture of the man before the robbery took place.
