Robbery spree in St. Catharines

There were two robberies in St. Catharines Wednesday night, just minutes apart.

The Big Bee on Lake Street was held up after 11:30 pm.

The suspect had a gun and wore black paint on his face.

He’s 5′ 9″ tall with a thin build.

He was dressed in black with white running shoes and black leather, welder style gloves.

Less than 15 minutes later, two men with a bat robbed a gas bar and store on Martindale Road.

There have been several robberies in the Niagara region within the past week.
