Retrial of Niagara officer

Updated A Niagara Regional Police officer is on trial for a second time on breach of trust charges.

Dean Rudge is accused of handing over confidential police documents to the Hells Angels biker gang. Lauran Sabourin reports Rudge was acquitted in 2010, but the court of appeal determined all of the evidence wasn’t considered, and ruled that Rudge should be re-tried.
