New appointments open at FirstOntario for some racialized populations

FirstOntario Centre is taking vaccination appointments for Black and other racialized populations/people of colour ages 18+ in Hamilton hot spots.
COVID-19 vaccine appointments are now available for Black and other racialized populations/people of colour ages 18+ who live in postal codes L9C, L8W, L8L, L8N and L9K at the COVID-19 vaccine clinic at FIRSTONTARIO CENTRE, Friday to Sunday this coming week.

The City of Hamilton tweeted the announcement, after the Restoration House (54 Vine St.) mobile pop-up clinic filled all available appointments for next week.
People who qualify and haven’t booked an appointment are being asked to watch for more information about new pop up clinics, and available appointments.
Those who weren’t able to book a shot and are over 40, can still book an appointment at a pharmacy. Click here to find one near you.
On April 23, Hamilton Public Health Services announced it would be prioritizing Black and other racialized populations/people of colour beginning with serving those ages 18+ and live in postal codes L9C, L8W, L8L, L8N and L9K for COVID-19 vaccination.
