Remembering Jim Flaherty

For just the third time in Canadian history, a state funeral was held for someone who was not a prime minister, governor general or sitting cabinet minister. But after this afternoon’s funeral for Jim Flaherty, no one doubted the appropriateness of him receiving the honour.
