Waterloo Regional Police say a torso found in a garbage bin in Kitchener belongs to 24 year old Kelsey Louise Felker of Kitchener.

The torso was found wrapped in a black t-shirt which reads “Forget Princess, I want to be a vampire”… The gruesome discovery was made last weekend. Police say they are still investigating.
