Police have now identified the woman who was stabbed in a random attack in Toronto’s underground pedestrian tunnels as Rosemarie Junor, 28, of Toronto.

40 year old Rohinie Bisesar is facing a second degree murder charge and is being held in a Milton jail.

Police believe she approached the victim inside a Shoppers Drug Mart on Wellington St. and stabbed the woman, without provocation.

Bisesar’s worked in finance for at least a decade and has a masters of business administration degree but a long time friend says her mental health has deteriorated over the past few years becoming increasingly paranoid.

Bisesar will be back in court tomorrow.
