Rallies and vigils were held in cities across Canada on Sunday in support of the victims of last week’s terrorist attacks in Paris.
More than three million people marched throughout France to show unity, including dozens of world leaders.
It was the largest demonstration in France’s history.
Over 2,000 police officers and soldiers patrolled Paris streets to protect marchers from would-be attackers.
