Raleigh Stubbs on the stand today in murder trial

The man on trial for the first degree murder of 18-year old David Pereira 2 years ago, took the stand today. Raleigh Stubbs told the court he killed Pereira in self defence, but says he wasn’t trying to kill the teenager that September morning. As Cindy Csordas reports, the crown disagrees, saying Stubbs set out to hunt down Pereira and kill him for fight that happened outside his apartment hours earlier.
