(updated) The Rainbow Bridge in Niagara Falls is now open, after an international emergency preparedness exercise wrapped up.

Agencies from Canada and the U.S. simulated how to deal with a number of situations that could happen on the bridge. They set off an explosion this morning to simulate a car bomb.

Actors were also used to help make the exercise seem as real as possible.
