Rafferty jury sees where Tori’s body found
Updated video It’s a rare occurrence for a jury to leave the courtroom.
But today the jury deciding the guilt or innocence of Michael Rafferty travelled two hours from London to Arthur Township, near Mount Forest, to visit the rural area where eight-year-old Tori Stafford’s body was found.
The judge reminded jurors the crime scene would be an extension of the courtroom, and an opportunity to get a better grasp of the evidence presented in court. Cristina Tenaglia has the story.
