Rafferty guilty on all three counts in Victoria Stafford slaying

A jury has found Michael Rafferty guilty of all counts in the kidnapping, rape and murder of eight-year-old Victoria Stafford.

Rafferty, 31, pleaded not guilty to charges of first-degree murder, sexual assault causing bodily hard and kidnapping in the April 2009 killing.

Rafferty closed his eyes and showed no visible expression when the verdict was read Friday night.

He will be sentenced Tuesday.
