A survey reveals two-thirds of Canadians who were the victims of sexual assault have little or no faith in the justice system.

The survey by Justice Canada echoes what advocates have been saying for years. Most of those surveyed said they didn’t report their abuse to police because they feared they wouldn’t be believed, or didn’t trust the justice system to handle their complaint.

Joining us in Toronto is outspoken defence attorney Lawrence Ben-Eliezer, and here in studio is Lenore Lukasic-Foss, director of the Hamilton Sexual Assault Centre.
