Queen St. hill finally reopens

After an agonizing stretch of 163 days, the Queen Street hill in Hamilton finally re-opened to traffic Wednesday afternoon. It’s the quiet little hill that sparked a big noise from angry motorists after a renovation project by the city took much longer than expected.
