Quarantine screening officer charged with sexual assault and extortion

Police say a quarantine screening officer demanded cash and then sexually assaulted a woman in Oakville during a compliance check at her home. Officers say the man is a security guard from a private company, hired and trained by the public health agency of Canada to make sure travellers are complying with quarantine rules.
