QEW truck fire in Oakville

The QEW was backed up earlier this afternoon near the Fort Erie-bound ramp in Oakville after a tractor trailer caught fire.

Emergency workers were able to control the blaze, but it blocked four westbound lanes, just past Bronte Road.

The tractor trailer was carrying solid waste pellets.
