A two vehicle crash on the Sand Plant Hill snarled traffic this morning.

The crash happened near Mountain Rd in Niagara Falls, and caused major back-ups on the Fort Erie-bound QEW. The collision blocked all three lanes and shut down the highway for nearly an hour.

Minor injuries have been reported.
