Puppies, left to die, rescued

Four newborn puppies were dumped in a Burlington field, on a scorching day last week.

Fortunately, a man passing by heard their cries for help. Unfortunately – as Sean Cowan reports – the SPCA won’t be investigating, because they have nothing to go on.
