Hundreds of kids headed to Homestead Park with their rain boots, Saturday for a good cause.

Kids and even some parents splashed around in puddle for the fifth annual “National Puddle Day”.

Kids got muddy to honour children whose lives were cut short. The event was set up after
4-year old Matthew Chatelain was killed in an accident nearly five years ago.

So far, they have collected over 6,000 rubber boots at this year’s fundraiser.
