A mother wants the city of Guelph to change its dress code policy for girls and women at city pools, after her 8 year old daughter was told to put a shirt on.

Anika Warmington’s daughter was at a wading pool at Exhibition park on Saturday, when she was told by a supervisor that girls and women over the age of 4 need to wear bathing suit tops at public pools.
