Court extends injunction against protesters at Caledonia development site

A Brantford court has extended an injunction against protesters at a Caledonia development site.
A court hearing was held Tuesday with representatives from the developers, Haldimand County, OPP and protesters.
People opposed to the land development gathered outside the courthouse with signs.
It been over a month since protesters first camped out at the site, reclaiming it as 1492 Land Back Lane.
The McKenzie Meadows site is slated for a housing development.

A lawyer for the OPP told the court police will enforce the injunction, which will remain in place until the next court date.

The next date has yet to be set but will likely be a few weeks away.
