Protected conservation area outside a NOTL hotel paved over

Hamilton based development company,  Vrancor has found itself in a dispute with the town of Niagara-on-the-Lake, after part of a protected conservation area outside a hotel was paved over. As Emily Tayler tells us, the town must now decide whether to allow it, or force the company to tear up the road and re-plant.
