Too many students under one roof may be too much for the Westdale and Ainslie Wood communities. There is a growing problem of bad student housing near McMaster University and Friday, Hamilton City Council has hired a planner who can offer the best possible case at an Ontario Municipal Board hearing to justify Committee of Adjustment’s refusal to allow one family home in Ainslie Wood to be converted into a house with rooms for at least 7 students.
