Deliberations continued in the case of two men who are accused of plotting to derail a Via Rail train on route from New York to Toronto.
However, a problem with some of the evidence appears to have slowed the jury down.
A small scratch on one exhibit DVD has rendered a portion of it inaudible.
There are copies but they have not been “proven” in court.
