Prince Harry says the British press pushed him to step down

The British press destroyed Prince Harry’s mental health.

That’s the word he used when he talked about his reason to step down from his royal duties during an interview with James Corden on The Late Late Show Thursday night.

The royal said it was a really difficult environment to live in and he did what any husband or father would do and got his family out of there.

Harry says the Netflix show gives a rough idea of what things are like and the kind of pressure the royals are under to put duty and service above family.

Earlier this month Prince Harry announced that he would not be returning to regular royal duties.
