Pride parades through Toronto

The 31st annual Pride Week in Toronto wrapped up Sunday with it’s main event — the Pride Parade.


Toronto’s pride event Toronto’s pride event is the largest of it’s kind in North America.
Hundreds of thousands of people were in Toronto for the annual parade.
Although the mood was festive, some were upset that Toronto Mayor, Rob Ford, did not attend.
Toronto’s Mayor spent the weekend in Muskoka with his family.
This was the first time in many years that the sitting mayor did not participate the parade.
