Preview of the major changes underway at Hamilton’s waterfront

A central part of the re-development of Pier 8 along the Hamilton waterfront is getting closer to completion. It’s called Promenade Park, and starting this fall, people will be able to take a walk, enjoy the view and even do a little sunbathing. Matt Ingram reports.
