Pretend cop arrested

A Niagara Falls man has been arrested for pretending to be a police officer.

Last week, he went into a restaurant on Lundy’s Lane, said he was a detective, and asked for surveillance video from an incident that happened a few days earlier. 42-year old Kevin Randell Piche has been charged with impersonating a peace officer.
