President-elect Donald Trump will meet with President Barack Obama on Thursday to discuss Trump’s transition of power.

The White House says at the same time as the two men meet in the Oval Office, first lady Michelle Obama will meet with Melania Trump to show her around the White House residence.

During a speech Wednesday, Obama promised to work toward a “smooth transition” of power. “It is no secret that the President-elect and I have some pretty significant differences,” Obama said. “We are now all rooting for his success in uniting and leading the country.”
