More than one million vaccines were said to be sitting in freezers in Ontario today. Meanwhile, the government says a 10-day delay in Moderna shipments prompted more than ten thousand appointments to be cancelled in the Toronto area. The province has once again turned to President Biden and is calling on the USA to help Canada out. Nicole Martin reports.
