Before the 2012 film adaptation of his short story collection “Rust and Bone, “starring Oscar winner Marion Cotillard, author Craig Davidson was in a dark place. He was living in a basement apartment, had no money, and no confidence he could make it as a writer. Everything changed when he saw a flyer that said “bus drivers wanted”.
