Potato salad guy admits: ‘I don’t really know what I’m doing’

The man who raised $55,492 on Kickstarter is being brought to Canada to make potato salad, even though he admits he’s “still in the dark” about how to do it.
CHCH News interviewed Zack ‘Danger’ Brown live today on News Now Midday.
Brown set a goal of just $10. But 6911 backers far surpassed that modest target. Brown told CHCH News that anyone who gives $3 or more gets a bite of the potato salad. And he says he will say the name of every contributor while he makes the salad.
He’s also promising hats, t-shirts and recipe books.
“I like silliness, I like absurd things.”
Brown will be at the Jack Astor’s in the St Lawrence Market tonight. He gave few hints about what was in the salad, but confirmed that it will contain maple salad. Brown says the recipe is more Jack Astor’s than his own.
Brown, from Columbus, Ohio, said he came to Canada, not only because Jack Astor’s brought him in, but because he had “a ton” of backers from Canada.
