Port Colborne man charged

A 66 year old Port Colborne man has been charged after two girls were followed home from school in Welland Thursday.

They were able to give police the car’s license plate, a description of the vehicle, the man driving and his dog.

Ernest Carriere has been charged with criminal harassment.
