Police warning sex partners

Toronto Police are warning the public about a 45 year old man who’s had unprotected sex with two people, knowing he was HIV positive.

Police allege Wayne Hillary had unprotected sex with a 34 year old woman and a 27 year old man on July 19th without disclosing his condition. Anyone who had sex with him is advised to seek medical attention.

Hillary is facing two counts of aggravated sexual assault and attempting to obstruct justice.
