Drug technicians from Peel, the OPP and Health Canada will be back at an upscale home in Brampton today after a two month investigation led police to a meth lab.

The investigation began with the discovery of chemicals used in the manufacture of crystal meth dumped on a private property in Halton Hills.

Halton Police were able to identify two people connected to the waste, and that led them to a home on Midsummer Drive in Brampton.

Police from Halton and Peel, along with the OPP, raided the home late yesterday and found a small lab, along with 5-6 kilograms of crystal meth.

Three people were arrested at the house, and two others were arrested in Toronto.

Police evacuated about 10 homes in the area until the volatile chemicals inside were neutralized.
