Hamilton Police have seized a pickup truck suspected in a fatal hit-and-run this summer.

Police say on July 29, 51-year-old Michael Sullivan was riding his bike in the Barton-Lottridge Street area when he was pursued by the truck.

Witnesses say it collided with Sullivan, knocking him off his bike. He sustained serious injuries and died on Saturday.

Police seized the suspect vehicle yesterday. It is a black Ford F-150 pickup truck, and is awaiting forensic analysis.
