Police seek missing Indigenous man from St. Catharines

Niagara police are asking for the public’s help in finding an Indigenous man who has been missing for nearly a week.
Officers received a report Monday that 32-year-old Johnathon Cronkwright was last seen on Feb. 29 walking in the area of Tasker Street and Welland Avenue in St. Catharines.
Investigators describe Cronkwright as being 330 lbs and five-foot-five tall with brown eyes, short black hair and black facial hair.
He was last seen wearing a grey jacket with red stripes, grey joggers and white Nike shoes.
His family and police are concerned for his welfare.
