Police seek federal offender known to frequent Niagara Falls

Provincial police are asking the public for help tracking down a federal offender wanted on a Canada-wide warrant.

Joshua Morningstar, 32, is serving a two-year, one-month sentence for two break-and-enter charges.

Police say he’s been known to frequent the Niagara Region, specifically Niagara Falls.

Morningstar is now wanted for breaching his statutory release.

He’s Caucasian, standing at six feet and weighing approximately 155 lbs.

He has green eyes and brown hair, as well as several tattoos:

• Right side of ribcage – MORNINGSTAR
• Right arm – Key Forever
• Right wrist – EST 91
• Right Hand – A 5-point crown
• Left Knee – “P>D>M>G”
• Chest – A lions head
