UPDATE: Halton Police say the missing man has been found safe.

 

Halton Regional Police are asking for the public’s help to find a missing elderly man.

Hermann Deininger, 88, lives in Etobicoke. He was last seen leaving an Oakville residence in the area of Neyagawa Blvd. and Upper Middle Rd. on Sunday around 6:45 p.m.

Police say he may have gotten lost on the way home.

Anyone with information is asked to call police.
