Police searching for a person that hitched a ride on the back of a truck in Norfolk

Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) say they are searching for a person they say hitched a ride on the back of a truck without the driver knowing.

Police released a video on Twitter showing a man hanging onto the back of a truck as it drives down Highway 24 in Norfolk County.

No, YOU are NOT seeing things! A person made a decision to ride on the back on this truck on #Hwy24 unbeknownst to the driver. The video is captioned “this is a very dangerous act that could of had life-altering or ending consequences.”

OPP say they were sent the video by a concerned driver and are investigating.
