Police search for ‘lunchtime bandit’ behind 5 bank robberies

The Toronto Police Service is asking for the public’s help to identify a man they have dubbed the ‘lunchtime bandit’.
Police believe the same man is responsible for five bank robberies that happened between November 21 and December 17 on Yonge St. between Davisville Ave. and Lawrence Ave. in Toronto.
The suspect walked into the banks with a prepared note that said he was armed. The man passed the note to the teller demanding a specific amount of money.
Police have released security images of the suspect who is described as male, clean cut, in his early twenties and 5’10”- 6′.
