Halton police are cautioning pet owners, after a bizarre case of animal cruelty. three cats died in Burlington last week, after eating treats their owner was given as a free sample.  After extensive testing, it’s believed the cats were intentionally poisoned. Their owner has requested her last name be withheld for privacy.
