Police say high-risk sex offender is now living in Niagara Region

Niagara police are warning residents about the recent release of a high-risk sex offender who is now living in the region.
Trevor Kemp served a 13-month sentence for being in possession of child pornography.
Police describe his as a white male, six-foot-three, 450 lbs, with a short brush-cut hair style that is light brown.
Kemp was recently released from custody and is bound by a three-year probation order and a 10-year prohibition order which forbids him from attending public parks, swimming areas, daycare centers, school grounds, playgrounds, or community centres where children under the age of 16 are present or may be expected to be present unless he is accompanied by an adult over the age of 21.
He is also prohibited from having any contact with a person under the age of 16 unless in the company of an adult over the age of 21 and cannot use the internet or any similar communication service to access any content that violates the Criminal Code.
Kemp is currently living in the town of Lincoln.
