Police release photos of man wanted in connection to Hamilton shooting

Hamilton police have released pictures of the person they’re looking for in connection with a shooting in Hamilton. Police say they’re looking for 40-year-old Marlin Wilson of Stoney Creek. There is a warrant for his arrest, and he’s considered armed and dangerous.
The shooting happened on February 26th sometime after 9:30 in the morning on Keith street. A man and woman were sleeping inside their home when they awoke to someone knocking at their front door. The person made it inside and started arguing with the homeowners and the male resident was shot in the leg.
The shooter fled the scene, while the victim was taken to hospital and is expected to be okay. Police believe this was a targeted incident. Wilson is facing a number of charges including aggravated assault and robbery with a firearm. He’s described as being around six feet tall with tattoos on his neck.
