Police looking for dog’s owner

Police in Grimsby want to find the owner of a golden retriever that bit a woman’s hand Monday morning. It happened in front of the coffee culture shop on Main Street. The dog was tied to a patio fence. The owner wouldn’t give his name. But he’s about 6′ tall and about 60 years old. He has a medium build and a European accent. Police want to confirm the dog has had all its vaccinations so the woman won’t have to go through a series of rabies shots.
