Police looking for 5 suspects in Hamilton home invasion

Hamilton police are looking for five people after a violent home invasion in downtown Hamilton.

Police say four men and one woman forced their way into an apartment at 125 Wellington St. North around 9:15 p.m. on Wednesday.

The armed intruders assaulted three people who were inside the home at the time. One person suffered non-life threatening injuries during the attack.

The Criminal Investigation Branch is currently investigating. No further details about the suspects descriptions are available at this time.
