Video updated Two of three suspects in a couple of break-ins in Halton Region last night are now in custody.

Police have just arrested the second suspect after 7:30 am, after following a cab. Just before 3 this morning, officers interupted a break-in at a Telus store on Third Line and Dundas in Oakville. One suspect was nabbed there after police fired shots.

Officers also found a stolen vehicle in the parking lot. One of the suspects left a shoe just outside the store. Halton police believe the Oakville theft is linked to a break-in in Burlington last night.

Police are looking for a third suspect, Jesse Rigo, 21, of Mississauga. He’s a white man, 5’8″, 170 pounds, with a scruffy face and brown eyes. His shoulder-length brown hair may be in a ponytail. He was last seen wearing a dark hoody and beige or grey jogging pants. Anyone who’s seen him is being asked to call 911 immediately, or send a tip to Halton Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS). Cell phone users can also text ‘tip201’ with your message to 274637.
